FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH
Fulton, New York
Ministries and Mission Projects
Arise
As a non-profit, community-based agency organized and directed by people with disabilities, ARISE works to ensure that every person, regardless of disability, has the power to make life choices and achieve their dreams.
The First United Methodist Church of Fulton works with ARISE through the United Methodist Men, who participate in their wheelchair ramp ministry, building ramps free-of-charge for needy people in the greater Oswego County area.
Operation Christmas Child
Good News. Great Joy.
A small shoebox can teach a child about the love of God, lead him or her to faith in Christ, inspire pastors, and plant new churches. What goes into the box is fun, but what comes out is eternal. Be a part of changing lives through the power of a simple gift. Operation Christmas Child is a ministry where congregation members stuff a shoebox full of gift which are distributed worldwide.
The ROAD (A United Methodist New Faith Community)
The ROAD is a diverse community of faith working together to share God’s love and serve the city of Syracuse in a non-traditional way. We focus on being relational, open to all, affirming and diverse.
The United Methodist Men
The United Methodist Men shall be a creative, supportive fellowship of men who seek to know Jesus Christ, to grow spirituality and to seek daily his will. At Fulton First, we meet monthly to plan mission work, serve our church and community, and share prayer and meaninful conversation. Visit our page - or - vist the UMM website.
